In Praise of Sculpted Eyebrows
Nothing drills deeper into my feminine soul deeper than the sustained gaze of a woman with heavy eyeshadow, eyeliner, lashes, and of course, plucked eyebrows.
For me at least, peak eyebrow fashion and styling was in the late 90’s and early naughties. Angelina Jolie here has, for me, the perfectly sculpted eyebrows. This era demanded pencil thin eyebrows and goodness, does this look take my breath away. Especially when combined with black hair pulled back.

I must admit, her look here is verging on porn-star-of-the-era, but of course, I love that look too. Pictured here are two of my all time favourite stars of the adult industry from that era, Alexa May and Mia Diamond. I met Mia on a plane once and she was every bit as startling as she is in the films and photos. Those eyes. Those eyebrows!
