After several failed attempts, I am back on Instagram. Yay! My plan is to build slowly and softly, hopefully drifting underneath the Instagram Police. Following my Instagram shut down, and after looking for an alternative, I have decided to go with TikTok. This is far from perfect as TikTok is VERY conservative, and I have been shadow banned before.
Well gurls, it was inevitable. At 42k followers, Instagram banned my account. No warning, nothing, immediate and no right to appeal. I will start a new account of course. What is worrysome for us all is the power big tech has to shut anyone down for vague and clearly, right wing puritanical reasons. As my social presence has grown, astonishingly so in some ways, so have the negative comments I get daily. Over 99% of comments are lovely, playful, sometimes naughty, sometimes downright filthy. All good. But that one in a hundred toxic comment means that I am check all the time.

I just had another video removed from TikTok for breaking community guidelines. While I do understand social media platforms want some regulation, the execution does seem random, punitive even, but most of all, completely unaware of it’s own rule breaking. All of this on the back of my socials continuing to grow at a massive rate. I am close to 10m views in the last month and one video getting over a million views.

Instagram is a lover who I have personally run-through. We are on our fourth relationship. But now our relationship is not so wild.
