Podcasts for Crossdressers, Sissies, and the Trans-Curious: A Listening Guide

A directory of audio shows exploring crossdressing, sissification, gender play, and trans experience — for anyone wanting honest, intimate, sometimes erotic, often funny conversation with people who get it.

Why this list exists

Gurls, if like me you’ve ever tried searching for podcasts that talk seriously and warmly about crossdressing, you’ll know how thin the ground is. Most directories lump everything under “LGBTQ” and call it done. Most “kink” lists treat femme expression as a single fetish.

This lack of good shows was one reason I began my own.

This page is an attempt at something better: a hand-picked, honestly-described list of audio shows where crossdressing, sissification, gender play, and trans experience get the airtime they deserve. Some are erotic, some are therapeutic, some are pure community gossip. Each one is described as it actually is, so you can pick the one that fits your mood.

How shows made the list

To be included, a podcast needs to:

  • Have published at least three episodes (so it isn’t a one-off project that’s already abandoned)
  • Treat its subject, crossdressing, sissification, trans experience, gender exploration, as a primary or recurring focus, not an occasional curiosity
  • Be available on a major platform (Apple Podcasts, Spotify) so listeners can actually find it
  • Be made by someone with lived experience, or in close, respectful dialogue with people who have it

If you host a show that fits and you’re not here, please get in touch – I will update this page regularly with new shows if you let me know.

The CrossYAAS Podcast: Appreciating Crossdressing, Sexuality and Gender

Host:
CrossYAAS team
Category: Society & Culture
Cadence: Monthly

One of the longer-running shows in the space, with a broad cultural lens on crossdressing, sexuality and gender identity. Conversational and thoughtful rather than confessional, a good choice if you want context and discussion more than personal disclosure.

The Fox and the Phoenix

Hosts:
A married couple, one transitioning, one not
Category: Relationships
Cadence: Weekly

A relationship podcast told from inside a marriage where one partner is going through gender transition. Less about crossdressing as kink, more about what it actually looks like to renegotiate love, sex, and daily life when gender shifts. Listen to this one with your partner if you’re navigating disclosure.

Gurl Talk with Jenny Raven

Host:
Jenny Raven
Category: Arts
Cadence: Monthly

Conversational, flirty, sometimes deeply emotional interviews with crossdressers, sissies, trans women, erotic authors, sexologists and the occasional left-field musician. Covers the full spectrum, queer, sissy, trans, anyone non-heteronormative, with a warm, in-bed-with-the-gurls tone. Explicit-rated, because the conversations don’t dodge the erotic side.

Jennifer’s Tale: My Life as a Crossdresser

Host:
Jennifer
Category: Personal Journals
Cadence: Biweekly

A first-person diary-style podcast, closer to memoir than interview. Jennifer walks listeners through her own experiences and reflections rather than bringing in a guest each episode. If you find guest podcasts overwhelming and want a single, steady voice to keep you company on a commute, this is the one.

My Girl Life Podcast

Host:
Maddie Taylor
Category: Personal Journals
Cadence: Monthly (plus shorter mid-month episodes)

Probably the most established crossdresser-focused podcast running. Maddie alternates between solo episodes — sharing her own firsts, doubts, and the practical realities of presenting — and long-form interviews with crossdressers, trans women, and partners. Warm, accessible, very community-minded. A good starting point if you’re new to the genre.

Soul Kink Therapy

Host:
Emily Letts, Therapeutic Kink Specialist
Category: Self-Improvement
Cadence: Weekly

Newer to the scene (launched September 2025) but has quickly built a strong catalogue. Emily takes a therapeutic angle — Internal Family Systems work, somatic exercises, partner-disclosure roadmaps, and applies it to crossdressing, sissification, autogynephilia questions, and gender play. Several episodes are essentially live therapy sessions with named guests. If your interest is “what does this mean about me?” rather than “what shall I wear?”, start here.

These don’t make the main list because crossdressing or sissification isn’t their primary subject, but listeners of the above often end up here too.

Strictly Anonymous Confessions

Daily anonymous sexual confessions, frequently including crossdresser and sissy callers.

Kink-focused, often intersects with sissy and femme-submission themes.

Know one I’ve missed?

This list is updated regularly. If you host or listen to a podcast that should be here, drop me a line with a link and a sentence on what it’s about. I’d rather this page be useful than complete by my own narrow taste.
