Part 3: Colours, Textures, Materials and Clothing… Oh my!

So what tickles your fanny?

Since a very young age, the look, feel, texture, and overall impact of feminine clothing has left me intoxicated.

Nothing gets me hotter than black nylons on freshly shaved legs, or satin being caressed along my legs in nylons, or black patent heels, red calf length boots, lace trims, and fabrics that stretch and cling to my body sensually, erotically and femininely.

For me, it’s all about the material, the colors, the textures, and the femminine clothing.

But what do you gurls think? Let’s see…

I suspect if I had asked my straight friends what they thought would have come out top in this survey, PVC, leather and rubber would have rated highest.

But nylon, satin, lace and lycra all  look great, AND also FEEL exquisite.

And that feeling is what it’s all about. You need to dress up to feel it emtopnally, sensually and sexually to kn ow this experience. For me at least.

Black and pink. Oh yes. There is no escaping that these two colours evoke a powerful femminine feeling in us gurlies. And I feel exactly the same, though I would always add silver jewelry, sparlkly seqiins and red nails.

My Analysis Of The Comments...

The Fabric of Femininity: A Deep Dive into Crossdressing Preferences and Personal Expression

This part of the survey has been hot, moist and hard. Talk about pushing all of my erotica buttons!

The Language of Color

OK. Phew. So. In our survey, certain colors emerged as clear favorites, each carrying its own emotional resonance and personal meaning. Let’s explore what these chromatic choices reveal about our collective experience:

The Power of Pink

Pink emerged as a significant color, particularly among those who identify as sissies and younger generations. The connection to pink often transcends aesthetics – it represents a reclamation of femininity that many felt denied in their earlier years. As Eska poignantly shared, “Pink was seen as too girly growing up so I like that I can wear it whenever I want now.”

The Allure of Black

Black stands as the most popular choice across all generations, particularly among GenX and Millennials. Many spoke to its versatility and power. Kris’s description captures the transformative nature of black attire: “Everything I own is black lace or sheer material… The minute I am wearing some black stockings with a garter and some tight black lace panties I suddenly become transformed.” Gurl I am with you! Black all the way for me lovers.

The Passion of Red

No suprise, red emerges as a color of confidence and sexuality. As Jenni eloquently put it, “Red is the color of desire.” The color seems to particularly resonate with those who enjoy making bold statements about their femininity. Black is black. But a red bow on black panties does give me someting to bite onto as I pull them down. Just sayin.

The Sensuality of Texture

The relationship between fabric and feminine expression is heardwired into us gurlies. Texture and feel is a huge erotic component, as well as how these clothes look on out bodies. Oh my!

Nylon: The Gateway to Femininity

Nylon, particularly in stockings and lingerie, holds a special place in many hearts, mine included. Katya’s experience reflects a common journey: “Nylon was my first love as a sexually exciting fabric and takes me back to when I first squeezed into a pair of sheer black tights.” I also recall my first time too, and honestly, I have been chasing that dragon ever since. Black nylons on shaved legs, caressed by black nylon and deep red long fingernails. Good lord I may die.

The Silk-Like Embrace of Satin

Satin’s sensual popularity crosses all age groups, with many describing its touch as transformative. Victoria Sin delicioulsy describes her experience: “The tightness of the outfit in satin, makes me hyperaware of my own body in a way that other outfits don’t achieve.”

Lace: The Epitome of Feminine Delicacy

Lace represents the delicate aspects of femininity that many in our en-femme community desire. As Heather saind, “Lace is so strongly associated with femininity and looks pretty on literally everyone.”

Generational Perspectives

My analysis revealed fascinating generational patterns in how different age groups approach crossdressing too.

Gen Z: The Fluid Generation

Gen Z respondents showed the most diverse preferences in both colors and materials, often mixing traditional feminine elements with edgier choices. They seem more comfortable exploring gender expression without rigid boundaries. As Beth, a Gen Z respondent, shared: “White just feels clean, lycra for sports, leather, lace and sequins for nights out and the bedroom. All of these make me feel amazing and incredibly feminine.”

GenX: The Pioneers

GenX’ers often displayed a deep appreciation for classic feminine elements, particularly gravitating toward black and traditional materials. Their responses frequently referenced long-held fascinations with feminine attire, suggesting many had to navigate their journey in less accepting times but still found ways to indulge in stockings, satin and lace.

Millennials: The Experimenters

Millennials often showed an interest in combining different styles and materials, with many expressing interest in both traditional feminine elements as well as more alluring materials like PVC and leather. Their responses often reflected a balance between practical considerations and bedroom kinks.

The Emotional Connection

What stands out most in these responses is the profound emotional connection many feel to their chosen materials and colors. It’s not just about the visual appeal – it’s about transformation, self-exploration, and finally feeling fucking sexy, slutty sometimes but always authentic. As I personally stated in my survey repsonse, “The sensual touch of the clothes and the way they look makes me almost want to pass out.”

Conclusion

We adore being gurls. Whatever tickles our fannies, we find it intoxicating and addictive. We want more. MORE! And I for one am going to lean into this idea. Those shiny red heels on Amazon are in my sights!

OK lovelies, please do comment blow too.

Welcome back gurls. This time, I wanted to ask a few specific questions (more on that in the analysis) and also to lean way more into fantasy. I wanted to lift up your skirt and have a peek inside your panties, you naughty little minx. And I can tell you, some people welcomed that rather delicious voyeuristic probing as they shared with me all their wicked dreams, desires, sometimes even needs. OK gurls, let’s get in bed together and explore each other. Intimately.

Part 5: Why, When And Is It Enough?

We do seem split kind of down the middle. Most of us finding sexual pleasure from dressing up, the rest because if makes us feel more feminine. It’s important to remember that the survey is skewed to an older demographic too. I suspect this indicates that for Millennials and older, dressing up was socially steered into being a kink in decades past, where now I suspect it would be explored more as an identity.

I was twelve or thirteen and it was the start of the summer holidays. And this specific summer break would be the time when I got to fully explore my feminine, sensual and erotic self. I don’t recall if I was dressed for my first orgasm, but I do know that I dressed as much as I could that summer, and always managed to play with myself and bring myself to earth shattering orgasms.

Part 8: Fantasy time, when wishes DO come true!

I don’t mind admitting it. I was very young when I first had fantasies about having a fairy godmother show up and turn me into a gorgeous girl. If that happened, I could wear pretty frilly dresses, stockings, high heels, make-up, and jewelry every day, feeling confident that I would be accepted everywhere I went.

This final question is perhaps the most important. If we could trun back time, what would we do differently? There we some wildcards, like ‘Buy bitcoin’, but almost all responses were saying the same thing as Daisy, ‘Follow your femme dreams and don’t push your feminine energy away. Find your community and you will be more free than you can imagine.’

And in conclusion…I saved one question for the end as it may be important, or maybe irrelevant. So I asked in the survey…

  1. Although I initially chose ‘Pink’ as my answer, I do like ‘Black’ and ‘baby blue/Sky blue’ too. And sometimes with a touch of frilly white.

      1. It’s so true that colour has an amazing impact in how it feels, especially with feminine clothing. With the feminine clothing I have, I am more conscious of what I wear especially with colours. You’re right, frilly looks great in other colours too
