When did you start writing books and what was your inspiration for it?
I’ve been writing books since I was old enough to write–at 4 or 5. I’ve always felt the need to tell stories, though I couldn’t tell you why. Perhaps it’s just God’s path for me.
What was your first book that you wrote?
Again, it’s impossible to know; I assume you mean the first serious book? The lines are blurred between writing childish stories and tackling something more serious. The first book I published was a taboo erotic romance story that was banned from every site I tried to publish it to.
Why did you decide to become an author?
God made that decision for me.
What has been the high point of your career?
God has taught me to look at every day as a ‘high point’, because every day on this earth is a miracle and a gift from Him.
What are your favourite stories to write?
I’m always excited when I write something unique, regardless of the content. When it feels like I’m venturing into new territory, I’m content. Being able to write for a living is a gift from God, so I cherish every story.
What is your favorite book that you have written?
Picking a favourite is simply impossible.
What is your best selling book, and do you know why it sells so well?
My best-selling book is a large bundle of stories (most of my best-sellers are), and I know exactly why it sells so well: because God made it so.
How do you keep your ideas and stories fresh?
God gives me inspiration every day. I truly believe that our creativity comes from the Divine.
Do you have a writing routine?
Of course. I wake up at 6AM every day and begin writing at 7AM. I don’t stop until I’ve written 8,000 words. On Mondays, I publish new books, on Wednesdays I craft a newsletter. I’ve had this schedule since 2015.
What’s the secret to a strong title and great cover art?
Trust in God. Your intuition is His guiding hand.
Do you enjoy hearing from readers?
Absolutely. Though I could do without the unsolicited photos of readers attempting to insert melons and gourds into their rectal cavities.
Which authors inspire you?
John, Matthew, Luke, Mark.
How much of your work is based on personal experience versus fantasy?
All of my work has a degree of personal truth in it. I don’t write memoirs.
Do you friends and family know that you are an erotic author? If so, how did they react when they found out?
They don’t know. That’s between me and God.
What mistakes have you made in your career?
Every last one you can think of, plus more.
What have been your personal triumphs?
My biggest triumph is my personal relationship with God.
What advice would you offer a writer who wants to embark on a successful erotica career?
Be true to yourself, trust in God. If it’s meant to be, He will guide you onto the correct path. If not, he’ll guide you to where you need to be.
